Today January 16th is known as blue Monday. It’s known as the most depressing time of the year. Make an effort to reach out to someone and show kindness and compassion. These small gestures can make a big difference. We should also keep note that mental illness can affect a person at any time and all year round, hence people need mental health awareness and help all year round.
